The Fireflies talk about going to the MOON!

Oh, what week we’ve had! This week brought some sunshine and some snow. We were grateful to go outside on those sunny days and found plenty to talk about on the chilly inside days. Continuing our Early Earth and Outer Space block, we had a big conversation about the Moon. The friends had all kinds of ideas about what the moon was made of and brainstormed about how exactly you get your boots to the moon.

The Fireflies did find out what the Moon is made of and we made this cool moon sand on Friday!

The friends are all enjoying our lunch menu. Taco Tuesday was a choice made by the kids and has become a weekly tradition. We will start sharing our lunch menu every week in this blog post. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions! See you next week, Fireflies!
